As part of a fund-raising effort, Scone adventurer Jock McInnes recently completed the arduous ascent of Mount Elbrus, the highest point in continental Europe! He topped out, complete with the beautifulPerth flag, at 5,642 metres which is about 18,400 feet in old money.

"It was a terrific but very hard experience" said Jock "but it was worth it as it was the carrot to raise £5,500 for the Bravehearts Charity, a childern's appeal based in Almondbank. I'm grateful to beautifulPerth for contributing to the total and was delighted to be able to raise the standard at the top."
